Grow & Glow Yoga was started after experiencing my own healing journey with neck pain. I offer individuals personalized yoga videos, where I will work directly one-on-one with you to develop a yoga video that is specifically for you.

 We start with a $25 Body Assessment that is done over video call. During this call, you will learn about your body and connections made mentally and physically that may be causing your pain. 

By the end of the 30 minute call, you will walk away feeling empowered and have the knowledge you need to take the next step in your yogic journey. Your personalized yoga video can be as short or as long as you wish and is sent to you via email within 7-10 business days. Each video is $79.99, and you receive a discount each time you purchase a new video.
