Your personalized yoga video is sent within 7-10 Business days. You will have 30 days to download the video to your device. The video is lost after the 30-day limit and will not be able to be retrieved again. 

Stretching services are provided by Ashley for you. 

You can book in either 30 minute increments for $39.99 or 50 min increments for $59.99. 

Yes! I am available for corporate yoga events! Typically, I will hold a chair yoga class so everyone can participate. I will provide all the straps and materials needed. 

Due to the nature of this business, there are no returns as each service requires devoted time and energy. We thank you for your understanding. 

No. You have 30 days to download your personalized yoga video before it is deleted from our systems automatically. We cannot retrieve deleted videos.
