This package begins with a Body Assessment followed with a Personalized Yoga Video that is recorded by Ashley for your specific body, limitations, and goals. You are able to do this video from the comfort of your own home! This package is great for those who have practiced yoga before or those who have never tried and don't know where to start! 

A $25 Body Assessment is completed prior to receiving a Personalized Yoga Video. During your 30 consultation video call, you will speak directly with Ashley to discuss your goals, why you are interested in a yoga video, and you will also receive specific knowledge to your body based on your range of motion and visual acuity. Ashley will give you priceless information for helping you to understand what you can do to help yourself using yoga and how you will benefit from investing in your personalized video. 

Once you sign up for a personalized video from Ashley, you will receive your personalized yoga video within 7-10 business days! You will have 30 days to download the video. And there you go! You can begin to practice at any time anywhere, especially in the comfort of your own home. 

As you excel in your journey, you are more than willing to purchase additional personalized yoga videos. Each video after the first one will cost $59.99. Thats a $20 discount!
